中国纺织品商业协会安全健康防护用品委员会成立于1989年，是在我国从计划经济开始向市场经济转变时期成立的首家劳动防护用品行业协会，是国家民政部批准的、原商业部中国纺织品商业协会的分支机构。目前会员众多，已遍布我国31个省、自治区、直辖市。作为行业协会，一方面要帮助企业培育市场，另一方面还要帮助企业开展技术创新、研发新产品，促进我国劳防用品的市场有较快地发展和提高。

It is the first labor protection articles industry association established in the period of China's transition from planned economy to market economy. It is a branch of China textile business association approved by the Ministry of civil affairs and the former Ministry of Commerce. Occupational Safety & Health Protective Equipment Committee secretary is a voluntary national social organization composed of various ownership enterprises engaged in scientific research, production and circulation activities of safety production and occupational safety and protective equipment, as well as relevant units, associations and direct users. Its members are distributed in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of China.As an industry association, on the one hand, it should help enterprises cultivate the market, on the other hand, it should help enterprises carry out technological innovation and research and development of new products, so as to promote the rapid development and improvement of China's labor protection products market.
