Foreign exhibitors or visitors who are requested to apply for the Chinese visa, please contact with us. We will assist you in applying for a visa by issuing our company’s invitation letter, and you may apply this invitation letter by filling in the application form below.

Please note:

All applicants’ passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date to enter China.
This is the only invitation letter we can provide. If you need the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit", please contact your local travel agent.
The representative of the organizer will not provide a copy of his/her personal identity information with the visa applicants under any circumstances.
Invitation letter issued by the organizer is to assist your visa application, and there is no guarantee that the application will be approved.
Once the invitation letter application approved,we will send you the invitation letter by email within 5 working days.
